On January 15, 2025, a fascinating workshop focusing on marketing in entrepreneurial projects took place at the High School of Teleinformatics in Ostrava. Led by Ing. Michaela Pawerová, third-year students learned practical tools and strategies to better understand the fundamentals of marketing and its application in business.
Topics That Captured Interest
The workshop covered essential marketing areas critical to building successful business projects. Participants explored the following topics:
• Marketing Goals: How to effectively set goals that support business growth.
• Market Segmentation: Identifying target audiences and how to reach them.
• SWOT Analysis: Identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Marketing Mix: Combining tools to successfully introduce a product to the market.
• Product Lifecycle: Understanding all phases from development to distribution.
• Communication Mix: How to engage customers using the right combination of marketing channels.
• Persona – My Customer: Creating a model customer to tailor products or services to their needs.
