In the run-up to Christmas, Polar TV presented a report on education in the Moravian-Silesian Region with the participation of the Deputy Governor of the Moravian-Silesian Region, Mr Stanislav Folwarczny.
Our company – Moravian-Silesian Technological Academy is a typical project for the promotion of vocational education. We develop complete educational packages (eduboxes) with emphasis on promoting entrepreneurship and also on vocational English.
The interview also discusses the main goals of the project – bringing innovation to vocational education, the application of graduates in the labour market in our region, but also finding quality employees from companies.
Jan Meca, CEO, Chairman of the Board of Directors explains in the article the importance of innovating the content of education. It also discusses the establishment of entrepreneurship centres in pilot high schools and the business incubators that are part of them. The aim is to motivate students to become more entrepreneurial than they are today.
Milan Zdvyhal, CTO of the Board of Directors, joins the conversation and explains the importance of “eduboxes”. Edubox is a digital product, it is software that is developed in our software team. It will allow you to explain a given topic to your students quickly and efficiently. It contains everything you need (theory and practice) – including practical demonstrations and simulations. Edubox is developed in a modern game engine. The reason why we have chosen this modern technology is, among other things, that it allows us to distribute Eduboxes by developing from desktop computers through mobile devices, but at the same time it is possible to use it through virtual and augmented reality.
