The “Our Companies” project days continue across secondary schools, confirming that entrepreneurship has a strong place among learners. Throughout March, the entrepreneurship team of the Moravian-Silesian Technological Academyvisited several schools in Frýdek-Místek, where students once again demonstrated creativity, teamwork, and the courage to come up with their own ideas.
Technology, Services, and Sustainability
On Monday, March 9, the project day took place at PrimMat Secondary Business School. The projects focused mainly on future technologies and services.
- Fin Bot introduced a concept of robots providing financial advisory services, capable of analyzing expenses, recommending investments, and improving financial literacy.
- Another team presented CA Trip, a travel agency focused on personalized, experience-based holidays.
- The Eco Ranger project focused on robots for cleaning public spaces, including waste-sorting functionality.
The following day, March 10, brought even more original ideas at the same school:
- Happy Bar Robots – mobile robots offering refreshments to tourists
- Smart Steps – intelligent doormats that automatically clean shoes
- Sparky – smart toys supporting child development
- Hydrotrack – smart bottles monitoring hydration and promoting healthy habits
Ideas with Real-Life Impact
On Wednesday, March 11, the program continued at the Secondary School of Gastronomy, Clothing, and Services, where projects focused more on everyday needs:
- Dreamsofa – specialized sofas for seniors, emphasizing comfort and service
- SlunCar – a solar mobility solution
- Kloktan – innovative products supporting children’s oral hygiene
From Everyday Life to Global Challenges
On Monday, March 16, the project day took place at the Secondary School of Crafts, where students once again addressed current societal needs:
- ZERVIT – garden robots
- EPIC ROBO – domestic service robots
- Janova ochrana – a concept of male contraception reflecting global challenges
- Up to the Skies, and Beyond – a unique concept focused on long-term human body preservation
Entrepreneurship as a Skill for the Future
The “Our Companies” project days consistently show that students are able to think in context, seek solutions to real-world problems, and present their ideas effectively. It is not just about the projects themselves, but about the process – collaboration, communication, responding to feedback, and the courage to present ideas publicly.
These experiences are crucial for students’ future careers and clearly demonstrate that entrepreneurial skills can be successfully developed directly within the school environment.
