Over the weekend, the Future Mobility team of the Moravian-Silesian Technological Academy took part in the Svět motorů Test Drives event, which once again provided a unique space for professionals, enthusiasts, and the general public to engage with the world of modern mobility.
For the Moravian-Silesian Technological Academy, this was already the second participation in the event and an opportunity to showcase the direction in which education in electromobility is heading.
Education That Makes Sense
We presented EduBoxes focused on electromobility, which connect theoretical knowledge with practical demonstrations. The goal is to explain the principles of modern vehicles in a way that is both understandable and technically accurate—making them accessible not only to students but also to the wider public.
The demonstrations gave visitors insight into what teaching can look like when it reflects current developments in the automotive industry and prepares future graduates for real labor market demands.
Interest from Experts and the Public
There was strong interest in the presentation throughout the entire weekend. In addition to the general public, industry professionals also came to explore the EduBoxes.
A notable moment was the visit of automotive journalist Martin Vaculík, who personally experienced our educational tools. His interest confirmed the relevance and quality of the approach we presented.
The Direction We Want to Take
Participation in the Svět motorů Test Drives once again demonstrated that connecting education with real-world practice makes sense. Modern technologies are evolving rapidly, and schools must respond to these changes.
The Moravian-Silesian Technological Academy is therefore continuously developing tools and programs that bring current technological trends directly into education. Electromobility is one of the key topics, and the strong interest we observed at the event confirms that we are heading in the right direction.
