What does an environment look like where entrepreneurship is not only taught but also truly cultivated? The answer is Business Camp 2025 — a three-day intensive program for promising high school students from the Moravian-Silesian Region. The event brought not only new experiences, but most importantly, space for personal growth and real progress in entrepreneurial thinking.
An Intensive Program in an Inspiring Setting
The camp took place in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí — a location whose atmosphere encourages focus and creativity. Under the leadership of Sylva Sládečková, students eager to develop their ideas and consider entrepreneurship while still in secondary school came together for three days of collaboration and growth.
The program was designed to provide not just inspiration, but concrete tools for moving ideas forward. Each day combined educational blocks, group work, and individual mentoring sessions with real-world experts.
Mentoring, Validation, and Tailored Feedback
One of the key strengths of the camp was the opportunity for participants to receive personalized feedback. They were able to present their business ideas to entrepreneurship experts, who helped them identify real-world strategies to shape, refine, and prepare their ideas for future implementation.
The outcomes? From ideas to concepts, from hypotheses to testing. The camp clearly demonstrated that entrepreneurship is not just a talent—it’s a skill that can be developed. And that skill development was the main goal of the entire program.
Final Presentations in Front of a Live Audience
On the third day, teams presented their projects to a live audience. This served as a real-life training in presentation skills, audience interaction, and performing under pressure — exactly the kind of experience future entrepreneurs will need.
The projects showcased creativity, but also analytical thinking, teamwork, and responsiveness to feedback. In just three days, many initial ideas evolved into the foundations of real ventures with a clear vision and execution plan.
Supporting Entrepreneurship as a Long-Term Commitment
Business Camp 2025 is yet another step in the Moravian-Silesian Technological Academy’s ongoing efforts to support entrepreneurship in secondary schools. We believe that vocational education must evolve from passive knowledge reception to active value creation.
We thank all participants, mentors, and partners for their energy, ideas, and trust. We look forward to seeing the next generation of student entrepreneurs — the ones who may go on to transform not only their schools, but also the world around them.
