Last week, the Engineering team went on a tour of the Bosch company in Krnov.
Bosch is a leading supplier of energy efficient heating solutions for homes and commercial buildings.
Krnov is home to the production site of the Home Comfort division, which includes the Buderus and Bosch brands. Their portfolio includes stationary boilers, including electric and gas boilers, as well as heat pumps.
We consider it important that we had the opportunity to see the concept of lean production management (Lean), which includes, among other things, a minimum of material waste and time delays.
