Today’s stop on our MTA Roadshow was at the Secondary School of Technology and Services in Karviná, where we focused on supporting modern education for the Auto Mechanic program. The event was dedicated not only to students but also to vocational teachers, aiming to showcase the potential of innovative educational tools like EduBoxes.
Electric Vehicles and Future Mobility: Inspiring Students
The highlight of the program was the presentation of the Future Mobility EduBox and a practical demonstration of an electric vehicle. More than 50 mechanics students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest technologies in the automotive industry and gain insights into the future of mobility. Through an interactive approach, students were given a hands-on look at the technologies shaping today’s job market.
Support for Teachers: Simplifying Preparations and Modernizing Education
For 23 vocational subject teachers, the presentation focused on how EduBoxes can streamline lesson preparation. These educational modules provide teachers with up-to-date materials and tools reflecting the demands of the modern labor market, enhancing the efficiency of teaching and better preparing future graduates for their careers.
Discussions on Challenges and Collaboration
The event also provided a platform for discussing important topics such as the sharing of teaching resources among schools, the need for collaboration with companies in the automotive sector, and improving education in electromobility. These issues are critical for the further development of technical education and ensuring its relevance to the rapidly changing job market.
Moving Towards Innovation
We extend our gratitude to all participants for the inspiring discussion and look forward to further collaboration that will bring innovations to vocational education and prepare students for the future of mobility.
