The Moravian-Silesian Technological Academy hosted the qualifying round of the CzechSkills 2024 competition. In the Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Support category, participants were given a task to complete within three hours, aiming to create the most attractive and effective entrepreneurial plans. These plans were then presented before an expert jury and other participants. The theme was sustainable production of products and services for the modern household. Twelve high school teams presented their eco-friendly and innovative projects, competing for a place in the national round.

Among the showcased ideas were eco-friendly cleaning products, recyclable wipes, 3D printer filaments made from recycled plastics, and even an automatic irrigation system for smart homes. Some teams focused on renovating older furniture with added value or creating an eco-friendly composter that transforms food scraps into useful gardening material.
